Shipping & Delivery
Goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email.
We will use our best endeavors to meet stated timeframes for delivery; however, from time to time our delivery service provider (carrier) may experience delays beyond our control.
All shipping charges will be made available to you at checkout however for some large and bulky items, we may require further information to provide an accurate freight charge, in this instance one of our representatives may need to contact you prior to scheduling freight.
Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain orders and your order eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.
All deliveries will require a signature at the delivery point in order for the driver to leave the goods.
In the event there is nobody available to accept the delivery, the good will be returned to Britex and a further delivery fee will be charged to re-send.
Once goods have been received and signed for, they are then the full responsibility of the client.
